Special category for dog owners who wear a costume complimenting their dog's outfit. Your support for our grassroots HOMELESS AND ELDERLY VETERANS OUTREACH PROGRAMS allows us to continue to directly impact the quality of life for our local homeless and elderly veterans in the DMV. Our nonprofit organization provides food, clothing and toiletries to homeless veterans on the streets and to homeless and elderly veterans living in local shelters.
